How to start using DMM Face-Melter Pro v2:
Why I Built This Indicator
DMM Face-Melter Pro v2 is the result of years of trading lessons — and scars.
I’ve had the big wins. I’ve had the hard losses. And like most traders, I’ve gone through the same stupid-ass journey: Loading my chart with a dozen indicators… thinking if I added just one more, I’d unlock some kind of market X-ray vision. But what I got instead was a tidal wave of conflicting signals, decision paralysis, and frustration.
Eventually — out of pure exasperation — I wiped the chart clean. Just price and a few moving averages.
And suddenly, I could see. I could decide. I could trade.
Since then, I’ve spent years refining what actually works. I tested hundreds of moving average lengths. Observed reactions. Tracked inflection points. Discarded anything that didn’t consistently give useful signals.
What remained became the foundation for DMM Face-Melter Pro v2. It’s the system I use every single day. It helps me see what price is doing, where it's reacting, what it’s respecting, and when things are getting extreme.
I still glance at MACD or RSI now and then. But 90% of my decision-making comes down to this question:
What is price doing — and what level is it approaching?
That’s the question this indicator helps me answer, clearly and consistently. If your trading style is anything like mine, it might work just as well for you too.
DMM Face-Melter Pro v2
A war-forged, fib-powered weapon designed to slap your chart clean, spotlight only the levels that matter, and help you surf charts with calm precision.
Purpose-Built from the Ground Up
Every line, gradient, and candle color in this script earns its keep. Face-Melter Pro is the result of relentless live testing and surgical curation. No bloat. No guesswork. Just a clean, reactive toolkit tuned for clarity, flow, and edge.
Dynamic Display Logic
Five slow Fibonacci-based levels — 377, 610, 987, 1597, 2584 — automatically appear only when they’re relevant. They’re usually invisible, keeping your chart clean. But once price action enters a ~10% proximity, they fade in, track the level, then fade out once price moves on.
These levels:
Are most useful in downtrending or corrective markets, where bounce detection is critical.
Can catch monster reversals—as price often respects them for reasons few traders understand.
Are not guesswork. When one lights up, scroll back on your chart and see how price reacted in the past. You’ll see a pattern: it rhymes.
“But this time is different!”
— No. Put away your crayons. Wipe the applesauce off your face. Go read a book by Mark Minervini or Stan Weinstein and come back with some market scars.
Need bull market resistance levels that track euphoric blowoffs? We got that too. Check out Death Metal Fire & Ice — it complements this beast like whiskey and a cigar.
The Cool 9 Gradient + Fib Flow Suite
Your fast-to-medium-term rhythm kit.
Cool 9: A fast-moving average with a trailing gradient that ends at the Fib 34. The gradient shows momentum and directional shift at a glance — no laggy MACD needed.
Cool 21: Mid-tier level. Ideal for bounce tracking, rhythm trading, and trend continuation plays.
Cool 55: Slower but clutch. Great for structure during swing setups and higher timeframe confluence.
These three aren’t just pretty lines — they’re reactive across every timeframe.
I use Face-Melter Pro on my SPY day trading setup with 5m, 15m, and 30m windows — and they just FUCKING WORK.
It’s also my standard setup on daily charts, where I do most of my swing trading. Doesn’t matter if it’s crypto, stocks, futures, or shitcoins with delusions of grandeur — this suite pulses with the rhythm of the market.
Death Metal Bands (Smart Candle Coloring)
A stealthy way to see overextended price action — without adding extra lines to your chart.
Here’s how it works:
The logic is based on a Bollinger Band–style cloud.
When candles start pushing into the upper or lower cloud:
They sequentially darken the deeper they go.
Once price returns to the mid-zone, the sequence resets.
You can choose from:
Standard Mode: Green/red candles transition to white/gray.
Low-Stress Mode: Cream/gray candles shift toward purple/blue — a visually calmer read for traders who want clarity without anxiety.
What it tells you:
When a candle hits max darkness, a rejection outside the cloud becomes increasingly likely. That rejection may come via a hard reversal — or more subtly — by drifting sideways until the imbalance resolves. Either way, the edge is real.
200 MA Cloud (with Embedded Fib Level)
A clean, powerful visualization of the 200-period moving average. This isn’t just a line — it’s a cloud formed by the oscillation of the 200 SMA and 200 EMA, with an embedded Fib 233 level inside.
Why it matters:
On daily charts, this zone is institutional gold.
It provides soft visual structure where major moves often pause, pivot, or launch.
On shorter timeframes — yes, even on a 15-minute chart — it’s crazy how often price respects this cloud.
Whether you swing trade the daily or scalp the 5-minute, this cloud earns its space.
How It All Comes Together
Dynamic Fib Levels = Hidden macro context, always watching.
Cool 9 + Flow Suite = Real-time rhythm, scalable across timeframes.
Candle Colors = Emotionless insight into exhaustion and balance.
200 MA Cloud = Anchored structure, trusted by pros and algo bots alike.
This is not some Frankenstein mess of overlays. It’s an integrated system built to help you read the market, not fight it.
