What sizes do your mugs come in?

Our mugs come in two epic sizes: 11oz for when you’re feeling chill, and 15oz for those mornings when you need a coffee tsunami to power through the day. Pick your weapon and conquer your caffeine cravings like a true metalhead.

When will I get my order?

We create our mugs individually per order, so it takes 3–4 days to fulfill an order depending on the season, after which it’s shipped out. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA overall time to receive order: 5-7 business days

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number. If you did make a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

What’s your return policy?

We get it—sometimes things change. Maybe you receive it and think “What the fuck is this bullshit?” Even the most brutal among us need to make a return. Here’s the deal:

• You’ve got 30 days after receiving your order to return it.

• The mug must be unused.

• Contact us with your return request and ship it back.

Give us up to 14 days after we get it back to deal with the return and verify its condition. And hey, if you have questions or need help, give us a shout.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Got the wrong mug or one that looks like it barely survived a Slayer mosh pit? Damn, that’s on us, and we’re here to fix it.

Email us at lordmichael@deathmetalmugs.com as soon as possible with:
● Photos of the damage (show the entire item).
● Your order number (so we know who to yell at).
● Any other details about your order.

We’ll hit you back with a resolution faster than a Chuck Schuldiner solo. We’ll replace the screwed up goods and get it shipped out asap. You deserve your badass gear in perfect condition, no exceptions.
