Delivery
When will I get my order?
We donât just stockpile mugs and stickers like some soulless corporate chain. Nope, every item is made individually per order, just for youâbecause youâre worth it (and weâre not lazy). Fulfillment takes 3â7 days, and after that, your badass gear hits the road. Just a heads-up: weâre not about to crack the whip on weekends or holidays. Even metalheads need a break.
As for shipping times? That depends on where youâre located in the worldâs mosh pit, but hereâs a rough idea:
â USA: 3â4 business days
â Europe: 6â8 business days
â Australia: 2â14 business days
â Japan: 4â8 business days
â International: 10â20 business days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Ordering internationally? You rockâbut heads up, your local customs office might not. Sometimes they slap on extra customs or tax fees, and unfortunately, thatâs beyond our control (weâre badass, but not that powerful). Customs policies are as unpredictable as a drummer mid-solo, so check with your local customs office if youâre worried about duties and taxes on your order. Better to know now than be surprised later!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Alright, so your orderâs MIA? Donât panic just yet. Before reaching out to us, help us help you by doing the following:
â Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure there arenât any typos in your delivery address. It happens to the best of usâno shame.
â Check the tracking number. If you see updates, your package is probably just chilling somewhere en route. Delivery services can be slower than a doom metal riff, and unfortunately, we canât speed them up.
â Limited or no tracking updates? Your package might be lost in the void. Swing by your local post office and ask if theyâve got it stashed away.
If your address is correct and the package is officially lost, hit us upâweâve got your back. Weâll send you a replacement faster than you can say, âWTF happened to my order?â
My order is marked as delivered but I donât have it.
Your order says âdelivered,â but itâs nowhere to be found? Bummer. Letâs figure this out:
â Check with your local post officeâsometimes packages end up there for reasons even they canât explain.
â Knock on your neighborsâ doors (politely, of course). Your courier mightâve decided to go rogue and leave it with them.
Just a heads-up: we canât cover refunds for carrier errors, porch pirates, or sticky-fingered couriers. If you suspect foul play, file a claim with the delivery service and let them know youâre not messing around.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Got the wrong mug or one that looks like it barely survived a Slayer mosh pit? Damn, thatâs on us, and weâre here to fix it.
Email us at lordmichael@deathmetalmugs.com within 7 days with:
â Photos of the damage (show the entire item).
â Your order number (so we know who to yell at).
â Any other details about your order.
Weâll hit you back with a resolution faster than a Chuck Schuldiner solo. You deserve your badass gear in perfect condition, no exceptions.

As soon as your order ships, youâll get a tracking number to follow its epic journey to your door. Give it up to 24 hours to go liveâthese things donât move at light speed, but theyâre still faster than waiting for your favorite band to drop a new album.
