Delivery

When will I get my order?

We don’t just stockpile mugs and stickers like some soulless corporate chain. Nope, every item is made individually per order, just for you—because you’re worth it (and we’re not lazy). Fulfillment takes 3–7 days, and after that, your badass gear hits the road. Just a heads-up: we’re not about to crack the whip on weekends or holidays. Even metalheads need a break.

As for shipping times? That depends on where you’re located in the world’s mosh pit, but here’s a rough idea:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Ordering internationally? You rock—but heads up, your local customs office might not. Sometimes they slap on extra customs or tax fees, and unfortunately, that’s beyond our control (we’re badass, but not that powerful). Customs policies are as unpredictable as a drummer mid-solo, so check with your local customs office if you’re worried about duties and taxes on your order. Better to know now than be surprised later!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Alright, so your order’s MIA? Don’t panic just yet. Before reaching out to us, help us help you by doing the following:
● Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure there aren’t any typos in your delivery address. It happens to the best of us—no shame.
● Check the tracking number. If you see updates, your package is probably just chilling somewhere en route. Delivery services can be slower than a doom metal riff, and unfortunately, we can’t speed them up.
● Limited or no tracking updates? Your package might be lost in the void. Swing by your local post office and ask if they’ve got it stashed away.

If your address is correct and the package is officially lost, hit us up—we’ve got your back. We’ll send you a replacement faster than you can say, ‘WTF happened to my order?’

My order is marked as delivered but I don’t have it.

Your order says ‘delivered,’ but it’s nowhere to be found? Bummer. Let’s figure this out:

● Check with your local post office—sometimes packages end up there for reasons even they can’t explain.
● Knock on your neighbors’ doors (politely, of course). Your courier might’ve decided to go rogue and leave it with them.

Just a heads-up: we can’t cover refunds for carrier errors, porch pirates, or sticky-fingered couriers. If you suspect foul play, file a claim with the delivery service and let them know you’re not messing around.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Got the wrong mug or one that looks like it barely survived a Slayer mosh pit? Damn, that’s on us, and we’re here to fix it.

Email us at lordmichael@deathmetalmugs.com within 7 days with:
● Photos of the damage (show the entire item).
● Your order number (so we know who to yell at).
● Any other details about your order.

We’ll hit you back with a resolution faster than a Chuck Schuldiner solo. You deserve your badass gear in perfect condition, no exceptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number to follow its epic journey to your door. Give it up to 24 hours to go live—these things don’t move at light speed, but they’re still faster than waiting for your favorite band to drop a new album.
